You would've paid around $32. And if you buy a used book book from a reseller the shipping rate is $12. Sometimes these prices are so close to the ones in local bookstores that it's just not worth the waiting. The only way you would really save money is if you order several books at the same time because you only pay the shipment rate once (IF you choose to receive the books in a single shipment). Too many "ifs" for my taste, but Amazon.com has amazing Web Design books that you wouldn't usually find in our local bookstores, so it's a very good resource.
